Built an agency's delivery and revenue engine. Set up delivery operations from scratch for a 15-account portfolio at WAYF. Drove €250k+ in new business in under 12 months and built a partner network of 20 active agencies and business partners across Europe.
Scaled agile at a Berlin fintech. Agile Coach for 5 development streams at Moonfare — one of Berlin's fastest-growing fintechs (~$2B AUM, 3,000+ investors). Achieved 80% sprint predictability across an 80-person engineering org over 2 years.
Trained the next generation of PMs. Taught project management to 100+ students across 6 cohorts at IAMPM — a practitioner-led course with a 9/10 NPS that turned out PMs ready to run their first IT projects from day one.
